Based in the Southern Highlands and working out of our Wollongong and Campbelltown offices, Taylah joined Melinda Griffiths Lawyers in November 2024 as a Graduate Lawyer and was appointed Associate Lawyer in August 2026. Having commenced her career in personal injury in 2022, she has developed a strong foundation in advocating for clients with professionalism, empathy, and practical legal expertise.

Taylah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canberra and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. She was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court in June 2025 and is also completing a Diploma of Leadership and Management (2026–2027), reflecting her deep commitment to continuous professional development and leadership within the legal profession. In 2026, she was recognised as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for Legal Operations.

Passionate about mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, Taylah enjoys teaching and supporting young lawyers and law clerks as they develop their careers.

Outside the office, Taylah tutors law students, plays Ladies League Tag on weekends with the Robertson Spuddies—proudly sponsored by Melinda Griffiths Lawyers—and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and puppy.
