Michelle Meigan joined Melinda Griffiths Lawyers in May 2026 as Special Counsel and is based in our Campbelltown office. She brings more than two decades of experience in personal injury law.

Michelle specialises in motor vehicle accident claims, workplace injury and workers compensation claims, work injury damages claims, public liability claims, medical negligence claims, and total and permanent disability (TPD) claims.

With expertise in representing workers injured in construction site accidents, Michelle also has extensive experience assisting clients with complex construction-related injury claims, who are often catastrophically injured. She has previously appeared before New South Wales parliamentary inquiries into changes to the workers compensation scheme in support of injured workers.

An accident can have a devasting effect on a person’s livelihood and Michelle is passionate about assisting our clients navigate the often-complex compensation process, with a focus on early resolution through mediation.
